You're under no obligation to be the same person you were 5 minutes ago.

The past is never where you think you left it: you are not the same person you were yesterday

You don't have to become something you're not to be better than you were.

You should not change yourself, but create yourself, that mean build around your strengths and removing bad habits

You create yourself, whatever you believe you are. You are the way you are because that is what you believe about yourself.

You are constantly invited to be what you are.

No matter how hard you try to be what you once were, you can only be what you are here and now.

At any moment when you are you, you are you without the memory of yourself because if you remember yourself while you are you, you are not for the purposes of creating you.

The self is not something ready-made, but something in continuous formation through choice of action.

You are not your past.

But, if you have nothing at all to create, then perhaps you create yourself.

You are not your circumstances. You are your possibilities.

WE ALL create the person we become by our choices as we go through life.

It's not about standing still and becoming safe. If anybody wants to keep creating they have to be about change.
