The road we have taken to this point has not been easy. But then again the road to change never is.

Life is complex.
Each one of us must make his own path through life. There are no self-help manuals, no formulas, no easy answers. The right road for one is the wrong road for another...The journey of life is not paved in blacktop; it is not brightly lit, and it has no road signs. It is a rocky path through the wilderness.

Remember, the easy road often becomes hard, and the hard road often becomes easy.

It's one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it's another to think that yours is the only path.

Better, though difficult, the right way to go.
Than wrong, though easy, where the end is woe.

I know what we do is right but right doesn't always mean easy.

the longer we spend on a path that isn’t ours, the longer it takes to move towards a path that is.

That's the thing about life. A lot of the time, it isn't easy at all. We just have to try to make the best of it.

It is difficult to walk at one and the same time many paths of life.

There's never an easy route to the things that matter.

If you have two choices to make, and they’re relatively equal choices, take the path more difficult and more painful in the short term.

The path to our goal is rarely straight. It tends to turn and twist, which makes the journey far more enjoyable than it would otherwise be.
