Be as simple as you can be; you will be astonished to see how uncomplicated and happy your life can become.

In fact, the only person who seemed to examine the event with some astonishment was myself, who marvelled that such a turn in my life could occur so easily.

I was amazed that what I needed to survive could be carried on my back. And, most surprising of all, that I could carry it. That I could bear the unbearable. These realizations about my physical, material life couldn’t help but spill over into the emotional and spiritual realm. That my complicated life could be made so simple was astounding.

As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler; solitude will not be solitude, poverty will not be poverty, nor weakness weakness.

Life was created simple and it is important to live it as such. Simplicity is inherent; it leads to peace of mind and tranquility.

There are certain roads that one may follow. Simplification of life is one of them.

Truth reduces the terrible complexity of a man to the simplicity of his word,

I was surprised, as always, by how easy the act of leaving was, and how good it felt. The world was suddenly rich with possibility.

I was being cured of soldiering on endlessly: my job was now to be still, which had become almost easy at last.

Do it or don't. It's amazing how many things in life are that easy.

Life gets really simple once you cut out all the bull shit they teach you in school.

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way, and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever.
