When an idea exclusively occupies the mind, it is transformed into an actual physical or mental state.

To bring an idea into existence, or rather, into your perception, you must match its vibrational frequency. The more ‘real’ or solid something is to you, the closer you are to it vibrationally. This is why when you truly believe in something and act as if it were already true, you increase the chances of it coming to you in your physical reality.

our minds can create new ideas from the components which experience has already given us, by combining together our existing ideas in new ways or by shuffling the components of our existing ideas, but we are quite unable to form any completely new ideas beyond those that have already been given to us by sensation or feeling.

In a sense, the notion that thoughts create reality is more than just an idea; it's also a fact of evolution. It was because of language and thought that we could create a world with our minds, and ultimately, it is because of language and thought that we have evolved into the society we have today - for better and for worse.

Within the mind are all the resources required for successful living. Ideas are present in the consciousness, which when released and given scope to grow and take shape, can lead to successful events.

if one keeps climbing upward in the chain of command within the brain, one finds at the very top those over-all organizational forces and dynamic properties of the large patterns of cerebral excitation that are correlated with mental states or psychic activity…. Near the apex of this command system in the brain…. we find ideas. Man over the chimpanzee has ideas and ideals. In the brain model proposed here, the causal potency of an idea, or an ideal, becomes just as real as that of a molecule, a cell, or a nerve impulse. Ideas cause ideas and help evolve new ideas. They interact with each other and with other mental forces in the same brain, in neighboring brains, and, thanks to global communication, in far distant, foreign brains. And they also interact with the external surroundings to produce in toto a burst-wise advance in evolution that is far beyond anything to hit the evolutionary scene yet, including the emergence of the living cell.

You created the reality you now exists in with your thoughts, which means you can use the very same power of thought to change it.

Man, by thinking, can bring into his experience whatsoever he desires — if he thinks correctly, and becomes a living embodiment of his thoughts. This is not done by holding thoughts but by knowing the Truth.

Reality is created by the mind. We can change our reality by changing our mind.
