It takes strength and courage to admit the truth.

You must try to understand truthfully what makes you do things or feel things. Until you have been able to face the truth about yourself you cannot be really sympathetic or understanding in regard to what happens to other people. But it takes courage to face yourself and to acknowledge what motivates you in the things you do.

What is needed is just the courage to face inconsistencies and to avoid running away from them just because “that’s the way it was always done”.

It must require bravery to be honest all the time.

It takes guts and humility to admit mistakes. Admitting we're wrong is courage, not weakness.
