If you don't want to do something,don't impose on others

It's not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren't doing it.

I can’t do my job, if you don’t do yours. I also can’t do my job, so can you do mine too?

I would prefer not to.

Don't do unto others what you don't want done unto you.

It is not fair to ask of others what you are not willing to do yourself.

Say no to anything that is not a high-value use of your time and your life.

You're only good if you can do bad and decide not to.
