I want to continue being crazy; living my life the way I dream it, and not the way the other people want it to be.

Be crazy! But learn how to be crazy without being the center of attention. Be brave enough to live different.

Follow your heart

You can be sincere and still be stupid.

I followed my heart and stayed out of the results.

Being stupid means avoiding thinking by jumping to conclusions.

Stay hungry, stay foolish

Stay mad, but behave like normal people. Run the risk of being different, but learn to do so without attracting attention.

Don’t be afraid to do weird stuff, so long as you do it cheaply and cover everyone’s bets. Be bold. Be stupid, if you have to: so long as you don’t hurt anybody, what’s it matter how dopey your dream is? If I hadn’t made TUSK? If I’d let it die as a podcast? I wouldn’t have three other movies I’m now making within the span of a year. Some folks will try to shame you for trying something outside the norm; the only shame is in not trying to accomplish your dreams.

Stay Stupid The three dumbest guys I can think of: Charles Lindbergh, Steve Jobs, Winston Churchill. Why? Because any smart person who understood how impossibly arduous were the tasks they had set themselves would have pulled the plug before he even began. Ignorance and arrogance are the artist and entrepreneur’s indispensable allies. She must be clueless enough to have no idea how difficult her enterprise is going to be — and cocky enough to believe she can pull it off anyway. How do we achieve this state of mind? By staying stupid. By not allowing ourselves to think. A child has no trouble believing the unbelievable, nor does the genius or the madman. It’s only you and I, with our big brains and our tiny hearts, who doubt and overthink and hesitate. Don’t think. Act.

Always follow your heart ... But take your brain with you too.... Be smart.

If you want to improve, you must be content to be thought foolish and stupid.

When you are crazy you learn to keep quiet.
