People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills, when it is possible for you to retreat into yourself any time you want.

Your sacred space is where you can find yourself over and over again.

Within your own self is a treasury, an ocean of pure bliss, consciousness, intelligence, creativity, love, happiness, energy, and peace… within every human being. Experience that and you will begin to know yourself, which is unbounded, eternal totality

Retire to the center of your being, which is calmness.

Be an island unto yourself. Take refuge in yourself and not in anything else.

Let silence take you to the core of life.
