First, decide who you want to be. This holds at any level — as an individual, as a team, as a community, as a nation. What do you want to stand for? What are your principles and values? Who do you wish to become?

You must know who you are and be true to who you are if you are going to be who you can and should become.

Find out who you are, and do it on purpose.

We must know who we are, so we can know what we want, so we don’t end up wanting the wrong thing and get it and realize we don’t want it, because by then it is too late.

Become who you are by learning who you are.

Know, first, who you are; and then adorn yourself accordingly.

There's a trick to being whatever you want to be in life. It starts with the simple belief that you are what or who you say you are.

To live is to choose. But to choose well, you must know who you are and what you stand for, where you want to go and why you want to get there.

when we decide who we want to become — our definition of greatness, our Meaningful Mission — then that becomes our identity. And when our identity is clear, then our behaviors are easier to establish.
