Only the present moment contains life.

Only this actual moment is life.

Know that life can only be found in the present moment.

The only time that exists in life is now.

Life is available only in the present. That is why we should walk in such a way that every step can bring us to the here and the now.

Life can be found only in the present moment. The past is gone, the future is not yet here, and if we do not go back to ourselves in the present moment, we cannot be in touch with life.

Life exists only at this very moment, and in this moment it is infinite and eternal. For the present moment is infinitely small; before we can measure it, it has gone, and yet it persists for ever.

According to the Buddha, life is available only in the here and now, the present moment. He said, “The past is already gone, the future is not yet here. There’s only one moment for you to live, and that is the present moment.” If you miss the present moment, you miss your appointment with life.

The present moment is the only moment available to us and it is the door to all other moments.

Life exists only at this very moment, and in this moment it is infinite and eternal. It is possible to live happily in the present moment. It is the only moment we have.

What is happening in the present moment is life.

For in truth neither past nor future have any existence apart from this Now; by themselves they are illusions. Life exists only at this very moment, and in this moment it is infinite and eternal.
