Quiet the mind and the soul will speak

Before embarking on important undertakings sit quietly calm your senses and thoughts and meditate deeply. You will then be guided by the great creative power of Spirit.

When you're alone you should call this condition tranquility and freedom, and think of yourself like the gods; and when you are with many, you shouldn't call it a crowd, or trouble, or uneasiness, but festival and company, and contentedly accept it.

Remain calm, serene, always in command of yourself. You will then find out how easy it is to get along.

"Sit quietly and listen for a voice that will say, "Be more silent." As that happens, your soul starts to revive."

I feel within me a peace above all earthly dignities, a still and quiet conscience.
